Who Can Use IdeioWorld
IdeioWorld is available for:
Businesses
To show their online presence, promote their products, services, deals, memberships and vacancies.
Mobile Hut & Cart Owners
To showcase their mobile or street businesses.
Task Doers
Independent individuals looking for part-time or full-time work opportunities.
Users
To explore businesses, products, offers, services, and post tasks.
Anyone may use IdeioWorld to explore the Platform. However, only individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally eligible under applicable laws may register as a Business, Mobile Hut Owner, or Task Doer. In accordance with Indian law, individuals below 18 years of age are not permitted to undertake work or operate these accounts independently through IdeioWorld. Accounts found violating these requirements may be suspended or removed.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and providing accurate information. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Follow all applicable laws.
- Keep your listings and task details updated.
You must not:
- Post false or misleading information.
- Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.

Listings and Tasks
Businesses, Mobile Hut Owners, and Task Posters are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, products, services, offers, prices, and task details.
Task Doers are independent service providers and are not employees or representatives of IdeioWorld.
Users should verify all information before purchasing products, hiring services, or accepting tasks.
Payments and Transactions
Any payments, purchases, or service agreements are made directly between users. IdeioWorld is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, product quality, or service outcomes.
Privacy
Your use of IdeioWorld is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
Limitation of Liability
IdeioWorld is a technology platform that connects users, businesses, Mobile Hut Owners, and Task Doers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or accuracy of any products, services, listings, tasks, or interactions between users.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, India.
